Goldcrest Cleaning Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Cleaner to join our team in Leamington Spa, responsible for maintaining cleanliness across multiple sites including offices and leisure venues.

The role involves after-hours cleaning on weekdays, operating within a key holder position to open and securely lock buildings. You will perform general cleaning tasks, use commercial cleaning equipment, and follow health and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial or janitorial cleaning.
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Good communication skills.
• Flexibility to adapt to different site requirements.
• Prior experience with cleaning equipment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify supervisor when supplies need replenishment.
• Follow established safety procedures and guidelines.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.
