Job summary

Royal Mail is seeking Delivery Drivers to distribute parcels and letters across the local area. You will be responsible for delivering parcels and letters quickly and accurately, while maintaining high service standards.

The role requires a full UK driving licence (max six points), good fitness, a positive attitude and the ability to work outdoors in all weather. Shift times are 15:30 to 21:30, five days a week.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work outdoors in all weather.
• Good physical fitness to meet job demands.
• Strong organisational abilities and time management.
• Flexible with shifts and days Mon-Sat; 15:30–21:30 shifts.
• Full UK driving licence required (no more than six points).

Responsibilities

• Deliver parcels and letters quickly and efficiently on assigned route.
• Drive and/or walk route; handle sorting at delivery office.
• Provide friendly customer service during deliveries.
