Job summary

Concept Resources in Caerphilly, UK is seeking a reliable part-time Cleaner for a government office site. This evening role works two hours per day, Monday to Friday, with a start date to be confirmed.

You will work independently, maintaining a clean, safe and presentable environment and following site health and safety procedures. Previous cleaning experience is preferred and right-to-work documentation is required at induction.

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred.
• Valid Right to Work documentation must be provided at induction.
• Comfortable with lone working.
• Comfortable being a key holder.
• Able to operate an alarm panel where required.
• Reliable with good attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning of offices and communal areas.
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Cleaning toilets and washroom facilities.
• Emptying bins and disposing of waste.
• Wiping and sanitising surfaces.
• Replenishing consumables where required.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Following site health and safety procedures.
