Job summary

Atlas FM is seeking a reliable cleaner to join our nursery team in London. The role runs Monday to Friday, 18:30–21:00, with an hourly rate of £12.71. You will receive full training, on-site induction, and support to understand the cleaning specification and safeguarding expectations.

Key duties include general cleaning, following site audits, and maintaining health and safety standards while upholding safeguarding protocols with children and staff. DBS and ID are required before starting.

Qualifications

• A valid Enhanced DBS (Child Workforce) check issued within the last 3 years or willingness to obtain one.
• Able to follow safeguarding requirements and site procedures.
• Basic spoken English for safety and communication.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning duties including wiping, mopping, hoovering and dusting.
• Following site-specific cleaning and audit processes.
• Ensuring cleaning standards meet health and safety requirements.
• Reporting issues promptly to support clear communication.
• Respecting site rules including mobile phone use and key handling procedures.
• Support a safe environment for children and staff by following safeguarding protocols.
