Waitrose & Partners in Henley-on-Thames is seeking a Supermarket Assistant to provide outstanding Partner-led service for food lovers. You will stock shelves, fulfil online orders, and support the shop team while ensuring a safe, tidy store environment.

Part-time role with Sunday and Thursday 16:00-00:00 hours; night premium applies between 22:00 and 06:00. DBS checks may be required and flexible working options may be discussed at interview.

Qualifications

• Communication skills to work effectively as part of a team and with customers.

Responsibilities

• Stock replenishment to keep shelves full and correctly placed.
• Fulfilling online customer orders for home delivery.
• Reducing wastage by following product due diligence and sell-by dates.
• Support wider shop team including checkout help, Click & Collect, and on-demand orders.
• Maintain a safe and tidy working environment.
