Job summary

Radis Community Care in Hatton, Staffordshire is seeking an Evening Care Worker for 6pm–11pm shifts in people’s own homes. You’ll support Edna and other clients, assisting with personal care, medication reminders, meals and drinks, and enabling independence within a respectful, dignified approach.

Applicants must have their own car or other transport to travel between clients; shifts include alternate weekends and a minimum of 25 hours per week.

Qualifications

• Ability to travel between clients using own vehicle.
• Willingness to work 6pm-11pm and alternate weekends.
• Minimum 25 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care in clients' own homes.
• Assist with medications and reminders to take on time.
• Support meals and drinks and maintain dignity and independence.
• Follow care plans and report changes to supervisor.
• Travel between clients using own transport during shifts.
