Job summary

ePac currently seeks an experienced HP Printer to join our HP team in the United Kingdom. The role involves operating, calibrating and maintaining Indigo HP 20000 presses to ensure high-quality printed rolls for lamination, with shifts 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm and 10pm-6am.

You will monitor print quality, input production data into NAV ERP, perform routine maintenance, and collaborate with HP Technical Support. The position offers £30,000-£36,000 per year plus benefits and shift allowance on a rota

Qualifications

• 1-3 years in production field related to digital printing.
• HP Indigo press knowledge preferred.
• Basic arithmetic and measurement reading.

Responsibilities

• Regularly calibrates press via colour calibration to ensure excellent print quality.
• Efficiently sets up machine to maximise uptime.
• Confirms job specifications based on job ticket prior to printing.
• Performs daily and weekly maintenance on press.
• Notifies Lead Press Operator when equipment needs repair.
• Loads rolls of material onto press.
• Monitors print quality while machine is in production.
• Inputs production, consumption, and waste data into NAV ERP.
• Keeps pressroom clean and organized.
