Job summary

2 Sisters Food Group is recruiting a Production Operative at its West Bromwich site. You will handle and pack food products in a busy chilled factory, with regular heavy lifting and manual handling as part of a physically demanding role.

Qualifications

• Our ideal Production Operative will have passion for delivering our customer orders whilst ensuring our high Health and Safety, Food Safety and Product Quality standards are met.
• Comfortable working at a fast pace in a factory/warehouse environment with training provided.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding, chilled food processing environment.

Responsibilities

• Handle and pack food products for top-tier customers in a busy chilled factory environment.
• Regular manual handling and lifting of heavy products as part of day-to-day duties.
• Maintain high safety, quality and efficiency standards in daily operations.
