Job summary

Charlie Bigham's is seeking an Assembly Team Member to join our UK production floor. You will help assemble our award-winning meals to exact specifications, ensuring each dish meets high quality standards. Full training is provided, so previous food production experience is not essential.

Qualifications

• Full training provided, previous food production experience not essential.
• Ability to regularly lift and move boxes weighing up to 20kg.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and equipment.
• Good communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• As an Assembly Team Member, you will assemble dishes to specification and quality standards.
• Ensure each dish is prepared accurately and consistently before moving to production.
• Carry out quality checks and identify products not meeting standards.
• Follow assembly instructions to maintain product consistency.
• Maintain hygiene, food safety and housekeeping standards at all times.
• Complete production paperwork and records accurately.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues and support shift handovers.
• Report quality, safety or equipment concerns promptly.
• Work collaboratively to achieve daily targets and keep customers supplied.
