Job summary

Wild Recruitment are seeking Postal Workers for a busy distribution centre in Fareham. The role involves collecting parcels or letters from the depot and delivering them in and around Fareham, with 6–8 hours of driving per day to complete 50+ deliveries. Walking 10+ miles daily on foot when delivering letters, and working weekends is possible.

Shifts run 15:00–21:00 and pay is £13.69 per hour. Full training provided; you must have a valid UK licence, up to 6 points, and be able to lift up to 30

Qualifications

• Must have a minimum of 1 year UK driving experience and hold a full UK licence.
• No more than 6 points (no DR, IN or DD codes) for insurance purposes.
• Able to lift and carry up to 30 kg.
• Flexible to work some weekends.
• Shift times 15:00-21:00, 7 days a week may be required.

Responsibilities

• Collect parcels or letters from the depot and deliver them to designated areas in and around Fareham.
• Drive 6–8 hours per day to complete deliveries (50+ deliveries).
• Walk 10+ miles per day when delivering letters on foot.
• Be out and about in all weathers, whether driving or on foot.
• Provide excellent customer service.
