Job summary

CBW Staffing Solutions Limited is recruiting a Cleaning Operative to join our Exeter-based facilities management team. The successful candidate will work in a commercial building, delivering high-quality cleaning tasks on a consistent schedule.

Hours are Monday to Friday, 18:00 to 21:00, with immediate start and weekly pay at £13.45 per hour. The role requires a proven cleaning track record, reliability, good communication, and adherence to health and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• Have a proven track record in cleaning within a commercial environment.
• To work to a timescale as agreed with you and your Supervisor/Manager.
• Ensure compliance with relevant health & safety practices.
• To always act in a professional manner.
• Be honest, reliable, and hard working.
• Must be able to demonstrate good communication skills.
• Be eligible to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Carry out a variety of cleaning tasks in a commercial environment.
• Sweep floors and mop surfaces.
• Empty bins and manage waste as required.
• Dust and polish surfaces to maintain cleanliness.
• Clean touch points and surfaces to high standards.
