Job summary

Churchill Group is seeking an Evening Cleaning Supervisor for the Ravelin Sports Centre in Portsmouth. The role is part-time (15 hours weekly) withMonday to Friday, 10:00 pm to 1:00 am shifts. You will support the Site/Account Manager by maintaining cleaning standards across the centre and training new team members.

The position offers the opportunity to contribute to a growing FM provider, with emphasis on client satisfaction, team development, and adherence to company policies.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience in cleaning services.
• Strong understanding of cleaning protocols and standards.
• Ability to manage a small team and train new staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cleaning standards across the site and ensure service levels meet contract requirements.
• Manage and mentor the evening cleaning team.
• Liaise with clients and Site/Account Manager to address issues and ensure client satisfaction.
