Job summary

Johnsons UK Services Limited in Rawtenstall is seeking a Cleaning Operative for a 4pm-6pm shift. The role involves supporting client sites with cleaning tasks, infection control, and delivering reliable, high-quality work.

No prior experience is required as comprehensive training and ongoing management support are provided to help you succeed in this role within our friendly team. You will join a diverse team across UK depots, receive full training, work to COSHH standards, and enjoy company

Qualifications

• Ability to act on own initiative and commit to the role.
• Experience not required; training and management support provided.

Responsibilities

• A methodical approach to cleaning that is organised, efficient and thorough.
• Ability to work independently and lead a team.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive and approachable manner.
• Good numeracy and literacy.
• Physical endurance: on your feet for long periods, lifting, reaching and bending.
• Adaptability to change and willingness to adopt new processes and ideas.
• Ability to deliver quality work unsupervised.
• Knowledge of COSHH regulations relating to the role.
• BICs Licence to Practice or BICs skills training desirable.
• Commitment to work within JFM1871 Ltd Core Values.
• Attend and fully participate in training courses.
• Undertake additional duties as required.
• Fulfill reasonable management requests and liaise with colleagues to create flexible working relationships.
