Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a Cleaning Operative to help maintain safe, clean environments across our client sites. You will perform routine cleaning of work areas, floors and communal spaces, ensuring high standards of hygiene and appearance for staff and visitors.

The role involves standing for extended periods and hands-on cleaning with standard equipment. You will complete Health & Safety records, attend training, and use a Timegate app to clock in and out when scheduled.

Qualifications

• Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
• Right to Work in the UK is required.
• A background in cleaning is advantageous, but full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Tidying up work areas, cleaning floors and communal areas.
• Hands-on cleaning tasks; standing for periods; vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and emptying bins.
• Contact with customers in open spaces; assist with queries and incidents as needed.
• Complete Health & Safety records and attend training courses when needed.
