Job summary

Concept Resources is seeking a reliable evening cleaner to service a banking premises in Oswestry (SY11). The role runs Monday to Friday from 5:30pm to 6:45pm, totalling 6.25 hours per week, at £15.00 per hour, on a temporary basis until 20 October 2026.

Ideal candidates will be comfortable working alone, with a strong focus on security, punctuality and accuracy in completing duties. Right to work and GOV.UK employment verification apply, with prior cleaning experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Adverse credit check required.
• 2 years’ employment history required.
• Employment history must be obtained through the GOV.UK Get Proof of Employment History service.
• Valid Right to Work documentation.
• Previous commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Comfortable with lone working.
• Comfortable being a key holder and using an alarm panel.
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently.
• Able to use a telephone time and attendance clocking system.

Responsibilities

• General cleaning throughout the premises.
• Vacuuming, sweeping and mopping floors.
• Cleaning offices and communal areas.
• Cleaning and sanitising washrooms.
• Emptying bins and replacing liners.
• Wiping and sanitising high-touch areas.
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
• Following site security and health & safety procedures.
