Job summary

Mitie Cleaning & Hygiene Services is seeking an Evening Full-time Cleaner for 35 hours per week at National Grid House, Warwick. The role requires delivering high cleaning standards, adhering to SLAs, and following schedules to keep facilities safe and welcoming for staff and visitors.

The ideal candidate has basic English, a proactive attitude, reliability, and a professional demeanor. No prior experience is essential, but beneficial, with training provided and opportunities for career

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential.
• Flexible and proactive approach to work.
• Open, honest, self-driven, and determined attitude.
• Reliable and hardworking with a professional demeanour.

Responsibilities

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained, and in safe working order.
• Meet all agreed SLAs and follow cleaning schedules.
• Build knowledge of the designated cleaning area and understand cleaning equipment and chemicals used.
• Follow Health and Safety requirements and complete all required training.
• Work effectively within a team and independently, delivering excellent customer service.
