Qualifications

• Experience of undertaking general cleaning duties is desirable but not essential.
• NVQ in Cleaning is desirable.
• Knowledge of Cross Contamination in a cleaning environment.
• Ability to communicate clearly, understand and follow instructions.
• Ability to prioritise work and manage time effectively.
• Ability to work alone and as a team.
• Awareness of relevant legislation and guidance in relation to the safeguarding of children and young people is desirable but not essential.

• Emptying litter bins and polishing surfaces.
• Use of powered equipment where applicable.
