Job summary

OCS UK & Ireland is seeking a reliable cleaner for varied, casual shifts at a Leeds site. You will uphold high cleanliness standards across restrooms, kitchens and common areas, reporting to the Site Manager.

The role requires a proactive attitude, attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team. The position emphasises health and safety compliance and accurate replenishment of supplies, with opportunities to grow through digital learning and flexible pay

Qualifications

• Clear commitment to delivering high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
• Ability to follow health and safety regulations, including COSHH guidelines.
• Good communication with colleagues and supervisors on site.

Responsibilities

• Perform general cleaning duties: sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, dusting, sanitising touch points.
• Clean and sanitise restrooms, kitchens and common areas.
• Empty rubbish and recycling, replenish supplies like soap and paper towels.
• Ensure cleaning equipment is used and maintained correctly.
• Follow health and safety regulations and COSHH guidelines.
• Report maintenance or repair needs to supervisor promptly.
• Collaborate with team to complete tasks efficiently and maintain presentable areas.
