Optimum Care Group is hiring a Part-time Healthcare Assistant for Twilight shifts at Aughnacloy House, Lurgan. The role involves working 2 or 4 evenings per week (4pm–10pm), with an hourly rate of £12.81 and pro-rated annual leave of 5.6 weeks. Training, pension, parking, and uniform are provided.

Sponsorship is not available. Applicants should have at least 1 year of Personal Care experience and may need NISCC registration.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in Personal Care.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (washing, dressing, toileting, and feeding).
• Follow safety guidelines for moving and handling.
• Carry out kitchen duties and basic meals preparation.
• Support with laundry and general housekeeping tasks.
• Attend staff meetings and training sessions.
