Job summary

Home Instead seeks an Evening Care Assistant to deliver high-quality, person-centered care within the Vale of White Horse area, covering Faringdon, Shrivenham and Wantage. Visits are a minimum of 1 hour and focus on building trusted relationships with clients.

The role offers extensive training through our Care Skills Academy, support to achieve Care Certificates and funded NVQs, plus career development and benefits. A driving licence is preferred for traveling between visits.

Qualifications

• Evening Care Assistant role requires pausing to build relationships with clients.
• Must be aged 18 or over and available for alternate weekends (Sat & Sun).
• UK right to work is required; sponsorship not offered.

Responsibilities

• Provide min 1 hour visits, delivering outstanding care and support.
• Support clients in daily activities, monitoring wellbeing and safety.
• Be part of a friendly, close-knit team with ongoing training and development.
