Job Description

At Home Instead, we’re looking for compassionate and dedicated Evening Care Assistants to join our amazing team and make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

You’ll be supporting individuals across Witney, Eynsham, Carterton, Burford, and the surrounding areas, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in the evenings. We have a variety of hours available, so there is something to work around your needs and current commitments. As an Evening Care Assistant with us, we want you to build real, strong relationships with those you support and so you will always visit regular clients with a minimum of 1 hour. Evening Care Assistants provide valuable companionship to those who may be lonely, support with washing and dressing, help with mobility in and outside the client’s home, medication support, meal preparation and light home help tasks.

Requirements

Due to the nature of the role, we need you to be aged 18 or over and a full driving licence and access to a vehicle is desired. We also require alternate weekend working (both Saturday & Sunday).
