Invitation to tender: Research on social investment in the homelessness sector
Since 2017, Homeless Link has supported organisations through blended finance loans and grants to help them grow and create impact. We’re now commissioning a qualitative research and learning study to explore the experiences of homelessness organisations that have accessed social investment, both through Homeless Link and other funders. This research will help us understand what’s worked, what’s been challenging, and how social investment can continue to support the sector. If you’re a researcher or organisation with expertise in social investment and the homelessness sector, we’d love to hear from you. More information on the tender requirements and application process can be found in the tender document. Deadline for submission: 12 noon, 27 November 2025
