The Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh is looking for an Evaluation Lead to join the Learning and Engagement division.

This fixed term role involves producing a comprehensive evaluation report for The National Lottery Heritage Fund (NLHF) project, covering capital, interpretation, learning, and engagement strands, and designing a new framework of tools and processes informed by team feedback and project learnings.

Ideal candidates will be experienced evaluators who can consolidate existing data, identify gaps, and collaborate with our teams to build clear, user-friendly systems for future evaluation. They should bring strong research and reporting experience, excellent data and project management skills, and a calm, detail-oriented approach. They will be confident and collaborative, and build positive relationships across the organisation, ensuring stakeholders have the insights they need to track progress and shape future work.

This role is a fixed term contract until March 2027, working 14 hours per week.
