A leading engineering firm seeks a highly motivated Lead Business Analyst to join their Electrified Systems Engineering team in Basildon. In this pivotal role, you will manage budget alignment activities and support engineering order processes, ensuring communication between teams in North America. Candidates should have a degree in engineering, knowledge of EV technologies, and proven ability to work independently. The position requires a minimum of two onsite working days per week.

Qualifications

• Degree in an Engineering discipline or substantial progress toward formal studies with commitment to completion.
• Knowledge of current EV technologies and components.
• Proficiency in GPDS processes.

Responsibilities

• Support GPIRS, ARIBA, and Aurora ordering for EPE.
• Review and align yearly budgets with FNA.
• Coordinate monthly budget reporting and workload tracking.
• Provide chief-level business metrics for CIB orders.

Skills

Knowledge of current EV technologies and components

Ability to work independently

Proficiency in GPDS processes

Strong oral and written communication skills

Education
