Job summary

Listers Volkswagen Worcester is seeking a Vehicle Technician to join our team. The role involves servicing, repairing and diagnosing a range of vehicles to high standards.

Training is provided to reach VAG qualifications and cover EV/Hybrid systems where applicable. The position offers a basic salary up to £45,000 with OTE up to £48,000 plus benefits, with hours 8:00am–5:00pm Monday to Friday and Saturdays on a rota.

Qualifications

• Minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair.
• Experience with electrical and mechanical diagnostics is desirable.
• An Electric/Hybrid vehicle qualification is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Service, repair and diagnose vehicles to a high standard first time.
• Electrical and mechanical repairs including suspension, brakes, wheels and air conditioning servicing.
• Carry out repairs on EV/Hybrid vehicles using diagnostic equipment.
• Fit manufacturer accessories and audio equipment.
• Complete service paperwork to manufacturer and brand standards.
• Work closely with workshop team to continually learn and share knowledge.
