Job summary

A leading automotive service provider in Huddersfield is looking for a Motor Vehicle Technician. The role offers a competitive salary between £28,000 and £30,000, with potential earnings exceeding £40,000 through bonuses. Responsibilities include servicing, repairs, and diagnostics of vehicles according to manufacturer standards. Candidates must have an NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and at least 2 years of post-apprenticeship experience. Additional qualifications such as EV are a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of a NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance or Equivalent.
• 2 years Post Apprenticeship Experience.
• Full UK Driving License.
• Manufacturer or IMI Accreditations/Qualifications.
• Franchised Dealer Experience.
• MOT License.
• EV/Hybrid Qualification.

Responsibilities

• Routine Servicing & Repairs to Manufacturer Standards.
• Cambelt, Clutch, Gearbox & Engine Repairs/Replacements.
• Electrical & Mechanical Diagnostics.
• New Car PDIs & Used Cars Multi Point Checks.
• Warranty Repairs.
