Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate fault reports across the charging network.
• Continuously observe site performance metrics and analyze data.
• Oversee scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve network faults.
• Support the introduction of system or process changes.
• Maintain detailed documentation for incidents and maintenance.
• Escalate complex problems to relevant teams or suppliers.
• Contribute to developing and updating internal documentation.
• Provide operational support for optimization initiatives.
• Communicate with contractors to ensure progress on actions.
• Generate and interpret regular performance reports.
• Champion initiatives to improve customer experience.
