Job summary

Marmion is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead EV ChargePoint installation projects across the UK. You will plan, coordinate and deliver electrical works safely, ensuring compliance with BS7671 and NICEIC standards, while managing timelines and stakeholders.

The role requires strong leadership, a City & Guild Level 3 Electrotechnical qualification, a 2391 or equivalent, and a full UK driving licence. A company van, bonus scheme and pension are among the benefits.

Qualifications

Proven experience in an Electrical Supervisor or team leadership role.
Background in commercial and/or industrial electrical installations.
City & Guild Level 3 Electrotechnical Qualification.
City & Guild 2391 (or equivalent) Inspection & Testing qualification.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
JIB/CSCS Card
Full UK Driving Licence.
Experience with EV charging infrastructure or renewable energy projects would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Plan, schedule and coordinate resources across multiple EV ChargePoint installation projects, ensuring work is delivered safely, compliantly and on time.
Review designs, RAMS and programmes of work, ensuring installations meet BS7671 regulations and industry standards.
Conduct site visits, Health & Safety audits and toolbox talks, and prepare, review and sign off NICEIC Electrical Installation Certificates.
Produce material take-offs, support procurement, manage handover documentation and maintain strong relationships with colleagues, customers and suppliers.
