Job summary
Mazrui Ventures Ltd in London is seeking electrical installers/electricians for domestic EV charger installations across London and surrounding areas. We offer part-time, contract or full-time opportunities, with flexible arrangements.
Self-employed installers may use their own van and tools, while company vans may be available for longer-term arrangements. Work involves installing EV chargers, wiring, testing and completing paperwork.
Qualifications
- Full UK driving licence, ideally clean.
- Electrical Installation qualification, Level 2 or above.
- 18th Edition Wiring Regulations preferred.
- Practical electrical installation experience.
- Good understanding of safe isolation and electrical safety.
- Comfortable using hand and power tools.
- Good customer-facing skills.
- Reliable and willing to travel around London and surrounding areas.
- Willingness to learn EV charger installation procedures where further training is required.
Responsibilities
- Domestic EV charger installations across London and surrounding areas.
- Route and terminate EV cable, install dedicated EV consumer units.
- Work with meter tails and Henley blocks where required.
- Fit CT clamps/load-management equipment, test and commission chargers.
- Complete installation evidence and paperwork.
- Work independently once familiar with our installation process.
