The European Travel Specialist is a key role and will support the day‑to‑day management of our European Travel program, working closely with associates and stakeholders from TJX, including admin teams, finance and corporate security. The role will also support projects and process improvements, across all areas of the travel operation, identifying areas of opportunity for both our on‑line and off‑line service offerings in partnership with the TMC.
In addition, this role will support projects and programs such as our travel tender processes and hotel program, supporting the management of supplier relationships and identifying gaps. The successful candidate must be experienced in supporting the management of projects, supplier performance and service level expectations, ensuring alignment to corporate policy and travel program strategy.
This position is designed for an individual who has extensive corporate travel management experience within a mature travel management team, is extremely customer focused and self‑motivated.
