Qualifications

• Experience in European transport, logistics, packaging or supply chain management.
• Strong track record of managing third-party suppliers across multiple countries, including sourcing and contract negotiation.
• Knowledge of European and UK transport, packaging and environmental risk management and business continuity.
• Strong commercial and analytical skills; turning data and market insight into action.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing across countries and cultures.
• Collaborative, resilient and results-focused with attention to governance.
• Experience in IT logistics, technology supply chains or technical services would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of ESG, sustainability reporting, carbon reduction, circular-economy initiatives, ISO standards or supplier audit frameworks.
• A relevant professional qualification in supply chain, procurement, transport or logistics is desirable.

onboarding, commercial negotiations and contract lifecycle management.Set clear service, cost, quality, compliance and sustainability measures, using performance reviews and improvement plans to deliver results.Ensure compliance with relevant European and UK transport, packaging and environmental legislation, including Extended Producer Responsibility requirements.Strengthen supplier governance through audits, certifications, ethical standards, risk controls and corrective action plans.Build robust business continuity and contingency plans, including alternative sourcing strategies for critical services and reductions in packaging waste and transport emissions, promoting reuse, recycling and wider circular-economy new technologies and opportunities to improve automation, digitalisation, efficiency and customer experience.Partner with stakeholders across the business to develop innovative transport and packaging solutions that meet evolving customer needs.

What you’ll needSignificant
