Noble Recruiting are delighted to be supporting our highly respected client in Basildon as they continue to expand. We are seeking a confident and experienced European Road Freight Export Administrator to join their friendly and proactive operations team.

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily management of all export bookings.
- Work closely with the Export Operations Manager to maximise departmental and company-wide profitability.
- Ensure all client requirements are met or exceeded in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Liaise with the warehouse team, supervising trailer loading and ensuring effective space utilisation.
- Manage general SWE bookings and handle related enquiries.
- Assist with trailer planning across core markets to optimise efficiency and profitability.
- Coordinate collections, overseas deliveries, and completion of all required customs documentation.
What You Will Need
- Minimum of two years’ experience in a logistics or freight role, specifically within road freight.
- A confident, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
- Excellent problem-solving ability and the capacity to work clearly and logically, both verbally and in writing.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Effective time management in a fast-paced environment.
- A full driving licence and access to your own transport are desirable.
- UK residency and full right to work in the UK.
