Responsibilities

  • Oversee the daily management of all export bookings.
  • Work closely with the Export Operations Manager to maximise profitability.
  • Ensure all client requirements are met or exceeded.
  • Liaise with the warehouse team for trailer loading supervision.
  • Manage general SWE bookings and handle related enquiries.
  • Assist with trailer planning across core markets.
  • Coordinate collections and overseas deliveries.

Noble Recruiting are delighted to be supporting our highly respected client in Basildon as they continue to expand. We are seeking a confident and experienced European Road Freight Export Administrator to join their friendly and proactive operations team.

Please note: Candidates must be permanent UK residents living locally. Visa sponsorship is not available.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily management of all export bookings.
  • Work closely with the Export Operations Manager to maximise departmental and company-wide profitability.
  • Ensure all client requirements are met or exceeded in a timely and cost-effective manner.
  • Liaise with the warehouse team, supervising trailer loading and ensuring effective space utilisation.
  • Manage general SWE bookings and handle related enquiries.
  • Assist with trailer planning across core markets to optimise efficiency and profitability.
  • Coordinate collections, overseas deliveries, and completion of all required customs documentation.
What You Will Need
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a logistics or freight role, specifically within road freight.
  • A confident, outgoing personality with strong communication skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and the capacity to work clearly and logically, both verbally and in writing.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Effective time management in a fast-paced environment.
  • A full driving licence and access to your own transport are desirable.
  • UK residency and full right to work in the UK.
