Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Quantity Surveying.

Responsibilities

• Support commercial delivery by procuring supply-chain orders.
• Re-measure works accurately against scope.
• Prepare and submit external valuations under main-contract conditions.
• Produce monthly cost/value reconciliation reports.
• Identify value-engineering opportunities.
• Promote health & safety standards on all sites.
