Job description

An exciting entry-level opportunity has arisen in our European Product Implementation team. As a Product Implementation professional, you'll work closely with liquidity providers to deliver seamless deployments, ensuring they are fully enabled on Tradeweb's platforms. This is a critical, client-facing role that requires strong communication skills, sound judgment under pressure, and a problem-solving mindset. We'll provide the training, support, and collaborative environment to help you thrive.

Responsibilities
  • Manage projects to integrate new functionalities and trading protocols.
  • Onboard liquidity providers onto Tradeweb's platforms.
  • Support dealers with questions related to platform functionality, user interfaces, and APIs.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation.
  • Deliver excellent client service.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Development teams to ensure dealer readiness for strategic product rollouts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience preferrable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects effectively.
