Job summary

King & Spalding LLP is seeking a senior professional to lead Pricing and Legal Project Management for Europe. The role oversees pricing strategies, matter budgeting, and alternative fee arrangements across European offices, partnering with leadership to deliver profitable matter economics.

The position requires deep law-firm economics expertise, strategic judgment, and the ability to implement governance, templates, and reporting that improve efficiency and client service across Europe.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field required.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Significant pricing, finance, or legal project management experience in professional services.
Strong understanding of law firm economics, profitability, billing structures, and matter budgeting.

Responsibilities

Serve as Europe pricing and legal project management lead, offering strategic commercial and budgeting guidance across practices and offices.
Develop fee arrangements including fixed, capped, blended rates, and value-based structures.
Advise on pricing and project management strategy for RFPs, negotiations, and client procurements.
Collaborate with clients and partners to align pricing with business objectives and client requirements.
Design and implement pricing models, budgets, profitability analyses, and staffing plans across Europe.
