Job summary

Harrison Street Asset Management (HSAM) in London is seeking a summer intern to join the European ISG team for up to 12 weeks. You will assist investor reporting, craft marketing materials, and support fundraising tasks. The role offers exposure to real assets, mentorship by leadership, and a hands-on project focus.

Ideal candidates are pursuing finance or analytics degrees, with strong Excel, communication skills, and a self-starter attitude, capable of multi-tasking under tight deadlines.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree with an expected Summer 2026 graduation.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with ability to create client materials.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and research capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Support creating presentations for current clients and prospective investors.
• Assist responses to ad-hoc client information requests and analyses.
• Contribute to marketing and communications projects as needed.
• Maintain Salesforce CRM data up to date.
• Leverage AI to monitor industry trends and fundraising activity.
