Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate shipments in advance, securing transport space and meeting customer requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal teams to ensure clear booking instructions.
• Execute daily operational tasks with attention to financial impact and timely system updates.
• Identify and communicate shipment anomalies, volume fluctuations and customs events.
• Monitor urgent orders for timely arrivals and escalate delays as needed.
