Job summary

Carta is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to join our European marketing team based in London. You’ll lead strategies to grow brand awareness and demand across the UK and Europe, translating a broad product range into clear, audience-specific messaging.

You’ll partner with content, brand, events, web, product and sales to deliver integrated campaigns, product launches and regional plays, and you’ll own campaigns from first idea to post-mortem, reporting on what worked and what didn’t.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience running strategically led marketing campaigns to grow brand awareness and generate demand.
• Proven track record of tying campaigns to pipeline with measurable commercial results.
• Ability to own a specific audience segment, managing their end-to-end brand experience across all channels.
• Experience localising messaging to regional audiences.
• Forward-thinking approach to technology, using AI to automate routine tasks and focus on high-impact strategy.

Responsibilities
