Job summary

BOC Limited, a Linde company, invites you to join the European Graduate Programme in Finance. You will travel across Europe, rotating through Finance, Sales & Marketing, Operations and Supply, gaining hands-on experience of how our business serves customers and drives value in the industrial gases sector.

You will spend six months abroad, supported by a dedicated mentor, and you will build a robust cross-functional network across diverse teams for your future leadership path.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business, Management or Finance with technical affinity.
• Internships and/or studies abroad.
• International mindset and ability to work with diverse teams.
• Ambition to become a business leader with empathy and ability to inspire people.
• Excellent communication skills and strong self-motivation.
• Fluent English; another European language is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Explore Europe while collaborating with colleagues across Linde in two European countries.
• Participate in three different work assignments in Finance, Sales & Marketing, Operations and Supply and understand how the business and industrial gases markets operate.

• In addition you will further discover your intercultural proficiencies while being abroad for a six-months assignment
