The European Logistics Planner will be responsible for planning and coordinating the movement of cars across Europe, ensuring compliance with customs regulations and delivering efficient solutions for both road and sea freight. The role requires strong analytical skills, excellent administrative ability, and the capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage European logistics operations for road and sea freight, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Ensure compliance with all customs regulations and documentation requirements for international shipments.
• Maintain and update all relevant logistics databases in collaboration with the FVL Manager.
• Communicate effectively with 3PL suppliers to coordinate transport and resolve operational issues.
• Provide accurate and timely data to all business stakeholders, ensuring transparency and reliability.
• Monitor and report on logistics performance, identifying areas for improvement.
• Work under pressure to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Customs Expertise: Strong knowledge of European customs regulations and procedures.
• Freight Experience: Proven experience in both road and sea freight operations.
