Job summary

Alternative Heat Limited is seeking a Mechanical Site Supervisor to lead the reconnection, testing and commissioning of packaged plantrooms across multiple DCD projects in Europe. The role is full-time and site-based, with rotational assignments across various European locations, typically spending several months in each site before moving to the next.

You will supervise mechanical teams, ensure adherence to installation guides, ITPs and HSEQ procedures, and maintain close stakeholder

Qualifications

• Experience supervising mechanical teams on large-scale plantroom projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate delivery, installation, set-down and reconnection of plantrooms per client programmes and AH requirements.
• Supervise client-appointed mechanical teams, ensuring correct installation sequences, drawings and quality standards.
• Conduct site inspections, monitor labour performance, report progress and defects to management.
• Collaborate with AH management and MEP teams, complete SAT docs and assist with O&M manuals for safe project delivery.
