Salary: £50-60k base salary, up to £30k OTE Benefits

We are a premium fashion manufacturer. As we expand our international reach, were looking for an experienced International Sales Manager.

This is a confidential search for dynamic, commercially driven professionals who can both open new doors and deepen key relationships. Youll need to be ahighlyskilled sales person,who can both generate and nurture, equally confident knocking on doors and building trusted partnerships that grow over time.

What Youll Do

Youll take full ownership of key international territories, managing all aspects of sales activity including:

  • Developing and executing market strategies for growth
  • Building a pipeline of new, high-potential accounts
  • Managing and expanding existing relationships with key partners and retailers
  • Overseeing seasonal sales targets, forecasting, and account planning
  • Leading sell-in and trade show appointments, in person and remotely
  • Reporting on performance, market trends, and competitor activity
  • Working closely with design, merchandising and marketing teams to ensure brand alignment
  • Representing the brand at events, showrooms, and customer meetings

  • Experienced in managing international accounts and building a market from the ground up
  • Proven experience in fashion, textiles, or luxury goods sales
  • Comfortable navigating premium or luxury markets and tailoring your approach accordingly
  • Highly organised and data-literate, with the ability to turn insights into action
  • Willing and able to travel frequently including extended trips abroad
  • Additional European language skills would be a strong advantage
  • Up to 50% of your time will be spent outside the UK (in Europe)
