• 4–6 years experience in trial design, programming, data analysis.
• 4–6 years supervision or leadership of biostatisticians.
• 4–6 years Knowledge of FDA/EMA guidelines and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP development, study design, and protocol development with cross-functional teams.
• Mentor biostatisticians, providing technical guidance and performance feedback.
• Provide statistical input for CRF design and data collection strategies.
• Ensure high quality statistical deliverables and study reports.
• Conduct complex statistical analyses for clinical trials.
• Review outputs and programming code for accuracy.
• Support regulatory submissions and respond to authority queries.
• Drive methods, study design input, and adaptive trial approaches.
• Promote SOPs, QA, and methodological innovations.
