Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Regulatory Affairs professional to drive regional regulatory strategies across the US, EU or EM, as a key member of the Global Regulatory Strategic Team. You will lead regional plans, ensure timely submissions, and interact with Health Authorities to align regulatory actions with commercial goals.

The role requires strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with experience in IND/CTA submissions and cross-functional collaboration. Hybrid work location offered.

Qualifications

• Scientific degree required; higher degree advantageous.
• Proven experience managing national/regional regulatory processes.
• Experience liaising with FDA or major EU agencies for US/EU strategies.
• Ability to communicate complex information to scientific audiences, in written and spoken form.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
• Familiarity with regulatory guidelines and drug development practices.

Responsibilities

• Represent a region for regulatory sciences (US, EU or EM).
• Provide regional strategic expertise as a GRST member.
• Lead and implement regional regulatory strategies aligned with business goals.
• Ensure timely submissions and approvals with commercially attractive labeling.
• Maintain regulatory interactions with Health Authorities and contribute to global strategies.
