Job summary

The Hershey Company in the United Kingdom is seeking a Contract Manufacturing and Co-packing Manager to own end-to-end external supply across Europe, MEA and WTR. You will lead the external manufacturing and co-packing strategy, oversee partner contracts, resolve supply and payment issues, and drive onboarding of new manufacturers to support NPD and growth.

Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain EMEA & WTR, you will collaborate with Procurement, Finance, Legal and Regulatory teams to ensure

Qualifications

• 8+ years in supply chain with co-manufacturing/copacking experience.
• BS/BA in Engineering, Science, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain.
• Strong contract management and negotiation skills.
• Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Operations, Procurement and Commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Own external manufacturing and co-packing network across Europe, MEA, WTR.
• Develop and execute alliance and sourcing strategies to support growth and continuity.
• Manage contracts, negotiations, renewals, and governance processes.
• Lead supply planning, packaging procurement with external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement and partner performance.
• Coach and develop team; ensure training and development.
