Job summary

Canon EMEA is seeking a Social Media Channel Specialist to shape and grow the creator and influencer presence across Europe. You will build relationships with creators, drive partnerships, and embed Canon within creator conversations across TikTok and other platforms.

You’ll focus on strategy, partnerships and social commerce, while coordinating with internal teams to maximise content opportunities and ROI across markets.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of influencer/creator or social media marketing experience in a brand or agency.
• Strong understanding of platforms, formats and audience trends for engaging content.
• Experience creating, commissioning and editing social content with strong editorial skills.
• Experience managing influencer campaigns, paid social and content usage rights.
• Ability to manage agencies, budgets and multiple projects with measurable ROI.
• Collaborative stakeholder management across teams and markets.
• Knowledge of social commerce and performance-based creator marketing, plus SEO basics.
• Proficient in tools like Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Canva, Adobe CS and GA.

Responsibilities

• Build and grow Canon’s creator community with authentic partnerships.
• Oversee end-to-end creator collaborations, gifting and kit loans.
• Shape creator-first social content and commission UGC for TikTok across Europe.
• Spot culture trends and turn moments into timely, reactive content.
• Develop social commerce opportunities and demonstrate reach, engagement and ROI.
• Lead influencer agency work and manage budgets and tools for teams in EMEA.
• Collaborate with Social, Brand, Communications, Product Marketing, Legal and Analytics teams.
