Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Compensation, Total Rewards, HR Analytics or a related field.
• Strong understanding of compensation principles, salary benchmarking and market pricing.
• Experience supporting compensation planning cycles and operational compensation processes.
• Advanced Excel skills with the ability to manage large datasets and develop insights.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Support annual compensation activities, including salary reviews and year-end processes.
• Conduct benchmarking and market pricing analyses across European markets.
• Assist in MRT identifications and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Support pay transparency, pay equity analyses and gender pay reporting.
• Deliver recurring and ad hoc compensation reporting and governance materials.
• Create dashboards and presentations for senior leadership and governance forums.
