Responsibilities
  • Develop a 3-5 year business strategy for the Western European market to achieve annual sales targets (revenue, profit, market share, etc.).
  • Analyze market trends and competitor dynamics to refine product strategies and pricing models, enhancing brand competitiveness.
  • Manage existing distribution channels (distributors, retailers, e-commerce platforms) and identify new partners (e.g., chain supermarkets, office supply groups).
  • Build and lead a sales team (if applicable), optimize performance evaluation systems, and improve end-market coverage and customer satisfaction.
  • Drive localized marketing strategies, including digital marketing (social media, SEO / SEM), offline campaigns, and customized B2B solutions.
  • Collaborate with the global marketing team to execute brand awareness initiatives and elevate brand recognition.
  • Coordinate with supply chain, logistics, and finance teams to optimize inventory turnover and cost efficiency.
  • Regularly report market progress to headquarters, providing resource requests and risk alerts.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher
  • 10+ years of experience in the stationery / office supplies / FMCG industry, including 5+ years in Western European market management.
  • Familiarity with Western European stationery channels (e.g., Staples, Office Depot, independent retailers) and industry association networks.
  • Proven track record in both sales (B2B / B2C) and marketing (brand promotion, user growth).
  • Experience managing multinational teams and strong cross-cultural communication skills (fluent in English; German / French is a plus).
