My client is a global IT consultancy. They are on the hunt for an End User Computing (EUC) Engineer, who will support a Windows 11 rollout.

What You'll Do

• Manage IT support tickets using tools like ServiceNow or Remedy
• Support, secure, and maintain devices across the organisation (PCs, laptops, mobiles)
• Support a major Windows 11 Rollout
• Use tools like SCCM, Intune, Active Directory, and PowerShell
• Provide front-line support through services like the Tech Bar
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and support teams
• Look for opportunities to automate, innovate, and improve processes
