Job summary

83zero Limited is seeking a Domain Architect - EUC to act as the technical authority across a large-scale Managed Services environment. This role requires transitioning from strong EUC engineering into architecture and leadership, reviewing designs, setting direction, governing solutions, and advising clients.

Qualifications

• Strong End User Computing (EUC) experience in large enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of Modern Workplace technologies.
• Strong Microsoft 365 experience.
• Expertise across Intune, SCCM, Autopilot and endpoint management.
• Experience as Domain Architect, Design Authority or Technical Governance Lead.
• Proven ability to review and challenge technical designs.
• Excellent stakeholder management and client-facing communication.
• Experience within Managed Services environments.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Design Authority for the EUC domain, providing technical governance and direction.
• Review, challenge and approve technical designs and solutions.
• Define and influence EUC and Modern Workplace technology strategy and roadmaps.
• Provide technical leadership across Microsoft 365, Intune and endpoint technologies.
• Translate complex client and business requirements into robust technical solutions.
• Work closely with clients, architects, engineers and delivery teams to ensure solutions meet standards.
• Provide technical advisory support across Managed Services, transitions and new opportunities.
• Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and influence technical decision-making.
